Fashions on their Restraining order. The Garcia family does not know what the
Red Hen Fashions have to do with a Restraining order.
Leroy Eldridge, Tara Jowitt and Frank Marshall appeared in Court
On December 14, 1993 Leroy Eldridge was the Plaintiff, the Defendant
Rudolph O. Garcia. The Judge was the Honorable Winton Mckibben.
Leroy
Eldridge, did tell the court that it took him three months to save
Some monies
for the Restraining order. Leroy Eldridge also told the court, that he
was not afraid of Rudolph O. Garcia. Leroy stated that the restraining
order is for his son and grandchildren. Leroy also stated that Rudolph O.
Garcia has attack him at least three times. If Mr. Eldridge is not afraid of
Rudolph O. Garcia, THEN WHY IS HE WASTTING THE COURTS TIME AND MR. GARCIA'S TIME?
